A shorter path
from lead to sale.

For one client, we reduced a sales process from 42 manual steps to eight steps in total. Four of those eight are now automated.

The change is in the process itself: fewer steps between a new lead and a sale, with automation handling half of the remaining steps.

One client engagement. Results depend on the process and scope.

Then put the system to work.

The starting point was a 42-step manual sales process covering the journey from a new lead to a sale. After the implementation, the process contained eight steps in total. Four of those remaining steps were automated.

This result describes the change in the number of steps. It does not assume a particular saving in time, cost or revenue, and it is not a promise of the same result in another business.

For your operation, the starting point is to understand the current process and agree which measures will tell us whether the change is working.
